The Full, Student and Retiree registration fees include all Conference sessions Wednesday 12 July 2017, Thursday 13 July 2017 and Friday 14 July 2017, morning/afternoon teas and lunch (Wednesday - Friday), Welcome Reception Tuesday 11 July 2017 and the Conference dinner Thursday 13 July 2017.
The Day registration fees include all Conference sessions on one day - Wednesday 12 July 2017, Thursday 13 July 2017 or Friday 14 July 2017, morning/afternoon teas and lunch on the nominated day and Welcome Reception Tuesday 11 July 2017. The Conference Dinner Thursday 13 July 2017 is an additional cost of $135.
Terms and Conditions
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations of registration received on or before 1 July 2017 will incur a fee of $100. No registration refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person.
Insurance, including medical cover and expenses incurred in the event the Conference is cancelled, is your responsibility. We recommend you discuss your insurance cover with your travel agent. The policy should include loss of fees/deposits through cancellation of your participation in the Conference or through the cancellation of the Conference itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and additional expenses and repatriation, should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Conference Secretariat will take no responsibility for any participant failing to insure.
In the event of industrial disruptions, the Conference Organisers cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred by delegates. The program is correct at the time of printing, but the Conference Organisers reserve the right to alter the program if and as is deemed necessary.
The Organising Committee and/or Conference Organiser shall not be held liable for personal accidents or losses or damage to private property of registered delegates of the Conference. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
