If you miss the deadline for online registration don't panic! You can register upon arrival at the venue. Registration is open from 10.00am Monday 1 July, 2019 - Thursday 4 July, 2019. Payment is required at time of registration - credit card facilities will be available.
How to Register Online
Payment is by direct bank transfer or credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Amex). Click the red Register Button below to register and make payment to attend the Conference. Complete the online form and print off a copy for your records.
A confirmation of registration will be emailed in the following few days.

1Member Rate. To be eligible for member rates, you must be a financial member of ANZAHPE at the time of registration.

3Non-members have the opportunity to register inclusive of 12 months ANZAHPE membership. 4Developing Countries The following is a list of developing countries as declared by the Minister for Foreign Affairs.
The Full, Student and Retiree registration fees include all Conference sessions Tuesday 2 July, Wednesday 3 July, and Thursday 4 July 2019, morning/afternoon teas and lunch (Tuesday - Thursday), Welcome Reception Monday 1 July, 2019 and the Conference Dinner Wednesday 3 July, 2019.
The Day registration fees include all Conference sessions on one day - Tuesday 2 July, Wednesday 3 July, or Thursday 4 July 2019, morning/afternoon teas and lunch on the nominated day and Welcome Reception Monday 1 July, 2019. The Conference Dinner Wednesday 3 July, 2019 is an additional cost of $150.
Terms and Conditions
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations of registration received on or before Monday 17 June 2019 will incur a fee of $100. No registration refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person.
Insurance, including medical cover and expenses incurred in the event the Conference is cancelled, is your responsibility. We recommend you discuss your insurance cover with your travel agent. The policy should include loss of fees/deposits through cancellation of your participation in the Conference or through the cancellation of the Conference itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and additional expenses and repatriation, should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Conference Secretariat will take no responsibility for any participant failing to insure.
In the event of industrial disruptions, the Conference Organisers cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred by delegates. The program is correct at the time of printing, but the Conference Organisers reserve the right to alter the program if and as is deemed necessary.
The Organising Committee and/or Conference Organiser shall not be held liable for personal accidents or losses or damage to private property of registered delegates of the Conference. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.

Breakfast Sessions Preliminary Schedule
Breakfast sessions are hosted by sponsors and provide an opportunity to enjoy an in-depth case study or product/solution overview before the commencement of daily sessions. Tickets are only available to delegates with a full or day registration and can be booked at the time of registration. Places are limited so if you book at ticket, please ensure you attend.
