All presenters are required to register and pay.

- Oral presentation (10 + 5 minutes)
- PeArL session (5 + 40 minutes)
- Symposium (75 + 15 minutes)

Preparing your presentation
All session rooms will be equipped with the following equipment: LCD projector, Projection screen (16:9 format), Laptop with Office 365 and Windows 10, PC Audio, Internet connection via WIFI, Logitech remote presenter, Lapel microphone. It is recommended that you use the venue's laptops and play back devices.
If you must use your own laptop, advise this office before Friday 15 June, 2018. Ensure you bring the appropriate adaptors and please note that the venue will not provide any technical support for equipment it does not own and maintain.
The preferred method of presentation is via PowerPoint. PowerPoint presentations should be prepared in wide screen 16:9 (not standard 4:3 format). You must bring your presentation to the conference on USB Flash drive for it to be loaded onto the Conference system by an audiovisual technician in the speakers’ preparation room. Please have your presentation saved under your last/family name.
Presenters are requested to report to the registration desk on arrival. You will be directed to the speaker preparation area where your presentation will be uploaded and verified. If you have a MAC or special presentation requirements, please see the technical operators in the speaker preparation area for assistance. Meet with your session chairperson in the session room 10-15 minutes prior to the commencement of the session. If at all possible, please check your presentation material in the speaker preparation area well before your presentation time to avoid any problems when you present.

Speaker Preparation Room
Preliminary Opening Hours:

Tuesday 3 July – 7.30am – 4.30pm
Wednesday 4 July – 7.30am – 2.00pm
Posters should be no larger than AO portrait size i.e. 841mm wide [left to right] x 1189mm high [top to bottom]. Please ensure your poster does not exceed 841mm wide. Posters will be displayed at a designated site in the exhibition hall. Staff at the registration desk will provide instructions.
Hanging and Removing your Poster
Your poster needs to be hung using Velcro (hook and loop fasteners) or double-sided tape. You should bring this with you to the Conference.
Posters are grouped into two pods per session (A and B. Posters in each pod will be presented concurrently. Presenters will have 3 minutes to present and 2 minutes to answer questions during the dedicated in-conference session.

- Session 2: Monday 1330-1500
- Session 3: Monday 1530-1700
- Session 4: Tuesday 1030-1200
- Session 5: Tuesday 1300-1430
- Session 6: Tuesday 1500-1630
